I’ve been working in some creative or marketing facet for the past 25 years.
I’m not an expert on everything, but I have experienced opinions!

“As Creative Director and Marketing Strategist of my design and marketing company since 2000, I am in charge planning company advertisements, developing and monitoring brand campaigns, revising presentations and shaping brand standards. I am responsible for developing engaging collateral and advertising for our clients that tells a story and elicits an emotional response from targeted audiences. I work closely with the design, graphic arts and marketing personnel to deliver content that exceeds the expectations of our clients.

Over the past 20 years with Graphique Creative, I have helped a multitude of companies reach their brand and marketing goals using key industry metrics. One key highlight includes developing a multimillion-dollar sales and marketing campaign for supercomputing leader SGIs (now Hewlett Packard). The campaign reduced its costs year after year and led to some of the biggest gains in clientele in the company’s history.

More recently, I led the US-based branding and marketing efforts for Mylch, China’s largest window and door manufacturer. After trying several times to penetrate the US market unsuccessfully, my strategic direction led to over $50M in sales within 6 months of launching the US brand. I also led a team that developed advertising campaigns for Monster Audio, creator of the Beats headset. And this year I led a team to design a unique annual report for Discount Tire, the largest tire retailer in the US, that highlighted their late founder’s life and accomplishments.

In addition to my day job, I was an adjunct professor at the Art Institute of Phoenix for 12 years. Over that time, I taught a multitude of upper-level classes for the Bachelor’s degree in Graphic & Web Design degree programs. 

Prior to Graphique Creative, I served as the Director of Marketing and Creative for CDI Corporation, a global engineering and staffing company. I led a team of marketing and design professionals located across the country, Mexico and France. Over my five-year tenure, I successfully implemented national advertising campaigns, including negotiating the largest-ever contract with Monster.com. For the first time in this billion-dollar company’s history, I created brand standards and established their marketing department that developed campaigns for each of CDI’s six business units, including engineering, technical publications, telecom, marine, aerospace and military.
